Crypto Pilot is a platform that offers users automated trading using bots. The bot platform has been created by Marzell Media Ltd. Co., a company founded in the UK in 2021. As an automated trading platform, Crypto Pilot essentially places trades on two partner exchanges – Bybit and Kraken (for North American users).
So we basically had to analyze all three entities in our Crypto Pilot Review to get a clear picture of how this business works. After doing some research, we found out some things that we definitely must share with all traders that are interested in Crypto Pilot.

Legal Info: Is CryptoPilot Legit or a Scam?
Crypto Pilot is considered an affiliate campaign, meaning that Marzell Media Ltd. Co. does not require a special license to operate. Still, we have to make sure the company is transparent. According to gov.uk, this entity was incorporated in the UK on April 22, 2021.
But what about the two exchanges that are supposed to support your trades? First, we have Bybit, one of the world’s largest crypto exchanges by volume, established in Singapore. This exchange is known for disregarding regulatory rules and even receiving warnings in the last two years.
The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued a warning against Bybit in February 2021, stating that this exchange has no authorization to provide services in the United Kingdom.
Furthermore, the Japanese Financial Services Agency (JFSA) also warned Bybit about the tightening of regulatory rules regarding crypto trading and the potential punishment for not abiding by heavier crypto trading regulations.
You can read about the case here – FSA’s warning. Both the UK and Japan are considered Tier 1 jurisdictions in terms of financial market trading and digital assets. But Bybit apparently didn’t care and still accepted clients from those countries despite not complying with the regulations. The rules are there for a reason…
Bybit’s shenanigans cannot pass in the United States though. That’s why Crypto Pilot partnered with another exchange to enter the US market – Kraken. And lo and behold, this exchange also had problems with the local regulator. This time, it was the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
In February 2023, the SEC “charged Payward Ventures, Inc. and Payward Trading Ltd., both commonly known as Kraken, with failing to register the offer and sale of their crypto asset staking-as-a-service program, whereby investors transfer crypto assets to Kraken for staking in exchange for advertised annual investment returns of as much as 21 percent,” (sec.gov/news).
Kraken has to pay a whopping 30 million dollars to settle SEC charges. To sum the whole thing up, Crypto Pilot is hoping you will invest in automated trading bots so that the company can place your trades on two controversial exchanges. Maybe Crypto Pilot is not such a good idea.
Who Are Crypto Pilot’s Users?
According to godaddy.com/whois, the cryptopilot ai website domain was created on September 7, 2022. Since then, the crypto bot platform has been primarily accepting traders residing in the following countries:
- United Kingdom;
- United States;
- Germany;
- India;
- Denmark.
We assume that the United Kingdom and the United States are the main places where Crypto Pilot finds clients. And the regulators of these countries both had trouble with the exchanges which Crypto Pilot is partnered with. You definitely shouldn’t trade with unregulated providers such as MaxProInvest.
According to the data from similarweb.com, the Crypto Pilot website recorded a spike in the number of visits from 2.1k visits in June to 15.7k visits in July.

Trader Reviews
For this section, we visited one of the most popular forums on the web – trustpilot.com. At the time of this writing, Crypto Pilot has 51 reviews and an average score of 3.7 (average). There are mixed reviews, of course.
For the purpose of this review, we will repost some of the negative reviews to raise awareness about the issues that traders had with Crypto Pilot. Keep in mind that these issues can be pretty common on platforms such as Crypto Pilot or LQDFX.
I am really unhappy to lose my money with them. It seems impossible to withdraw your money because they cut off all communication when you request a withdrawal. Unfortunately, the amount you invest is lost. My personal experience with them was negative…

Please people, be aware of the actual risks in these bots. The used AI can and will in case of an event clean you account out. Very poor risk management in play here…

Crypto Pilot Withdrawal Process
Crypto Pilot says that the company accepts “crypto payments on all annual plans and we accept all major cryptocurrencies.” Not the most convenient method to deposit and withdraw funds though.
Suspicious companies prefer crypto because all the transactions allow them to remain anonymous. Plus, it’s extremely difficult to reverse these payments. The website also says that “you may cancel for any reason within 7 days of purchase with a full refund.”
However, it’s highly unlikely that Crypto Pilot will perform all withdrawal or refund requests. That’s why it’s important to seek out professional help in case you want to recover your funds.
We can help you with the fund recovery process.
Customer Support
Aside from the typical phone, email and web form support, Crypto Pilot is also pretty active on Telegram. The platform uses a private channel to communicate with clients and share useful information and tips.
It seems that you have to first buy a certain plan to gain access to the channel. If you’re still interested in Crypto Pilot, you should first try out the free trial period. But be careful when investing real money.
