At first, we thought this was just another offshore hoax. However, it seems that’s not the case. What we’re dealing with here is a completely anonymous broker with a bungled scam. Thus, it won’t be hard to expose the awful scheme in the ENS Invest Review.
Also, we recommend you not to invest in the fraudulent brokers Titan CFD, Wilton Option and Axe Market.

ENS Invest And Lies About Licensing and Regulation
The legal status of this broker is quite a mess. On the website, ENS Invest listed all the possible regulators it could’ve thought of. However, three were pointed out – the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) of the UK, the IFSC from Belize and the FSC from Mauritius.
We decided to check that last one and confirm whether ENS Invest is an offshore provider. Turns out, the fraudster isn’t even registered in Mauritius. Needless to say, there’s nothing on the broker in the databases of the FCA.
Why Is It Safer To Choose Regulated Brokers?
Please turn down anonymous scammers such as ENS Invest. Instead, put your trust in brokers that actually have a valid license, issued by the likes of the FCA, CySEC or ASIC.
That way, trading is much safer. You’re equipped with negative balance protection in case things go south on your end. There’s also a leverage restriction (1:30) to prevent that from happening. If the broker goes bankrupt, you have indemnification (i. g. 85,000 GBP in the UK or 20,000 EUR in the EU).
Furthermore, the licensed broker has to have a minimum operating capital of 730,000 GBP/EUR to make sure things run smoothly the whole time.
Is ENS Invest a Legit Broker or a Scam?
ENS Invest is a scammer that claims to operate in Cyprus while being regulated by the FCA, IFSC and Mauritius’s FSC. The scammer targets traders from the UK, US, Canada, Turkey and New Zealand.
What Platforms Does ENS Invest Offer? – Available Trade Software
ENS Invest was pretty vague about its trading platform. All we found on the website regarding it was that there are “mobile and desktop versions of the platform.” From our experience, anonymous scammers like this one usually offer a simple web-based platform called WebTrader.
This platform could be good for beginners since it’s limited to basic charts and indicators. For more seasoned traders, it won’t do the trick. There’s no automated trading, no branch optimization or live market reports. Those features come with Meta Trader platforms.
Moreover, WebTrader can easily be rigged to show fake trading indicators and profits. That way, ENS Invest can fool you into thinking you’re actually trading. All you’re really doing is pumping funds into the scammer’s pocket.
ENS Invest Range Investment Opportunities – Trading Instruments
When it comes to trading instruments, ENS Invest offers a wide range. Here’s an overview:
- Forex currency pairs – AUD/CAD, EUR/GBP, NZD/USD…
- Indices – CAC40, FTSE100, DAX30…
- Metals – silver, gold & nickel;
- Stocks – L’Oreal, Adidas, Gazprom, NVIDIA…
- Commodities – natural gas, crude oil, sugar…
- Crypto assets – BTC/EUR, ETH/USD, XPR/USD…
Quite a nice list, we must admit. However, it’s meant to be appealing to lure potential victims. Therefore, always keep in mind the broker’s unregulated status and shady business before investing.
ENS Invest Fraud Risk Zones – Service Countries
This little anonymous fraudster has a few of its favorite countries where it looks to defraud people. These are the ones we’re sure about:
- The United States;
- The United Kingdom;
- Canada;
- New Zealand;
- Turkey.
Mainly English speakers. Since no regulator has yet reacted to this financial swindler, it’s up to our and similar reviews to do the job. If you have useful information that could help us put a stop to this vile scheme, please share it. We would be extremely grateful.
Furthermore, we highly recommend that you avoid the scam brokers XBTFX, FewaTrade, and Avalon WM.
ENS Invest Accounts Overview
It seems there aren’t any. All we found was one service package titled Experienced. It requires a 1,000 $ minimum deposit and offers crypto & metal trading, deposit insurance, instant execution and leverage of up to 1:500.
There’s your proof that this is a hoax. If the broker were really regulated, it wouldn’t be allowed to offer leverage above 1:30 for FX major pairs for retail clients. Other trading assets are limited to even lower levels.
As for spreads, the benchmark EUR/USD pair starts from 2 pips, which is not favorable at all. It’s simply too wide.
ENS Invest Offers a Free Demo Account?
There’s no free demo account. No trial account either. ENS Invest keeps violating the rules. Legitimate brokers simply have to include one of these.
All we did find in the registration menu was a field for a promo code. We suppose the scammer sends this code to traders it considers suitable targets for getting defrauded.
ENS Invest Terms and Conditions
We were terribly disappointed that ENS Invest did not include any legal documentation whatsoever. Yet, we didn’t expect much from such a foul cyber fraudster.
Fake address, no legal documents, fake licenses, illegal trading conditions, you name it. This could be nothing else than a scam.
Scammed by ENS Invest Broker? – Allow Us to Hear Your Story
Given the fraudulent nature of ENS Invest, we suspected the unscrupulous broker deals only in crypto asset payments. We were right – only Bitcoin and Tether are the available payment methods.
It’s pretty awful if you’ve fallen into this trap. We’re afraid to say that uncovering the identity of this scammer is impossible since you’ve deposited via crypto. However, you could still get a refund. We’ll hook you up with experts so you can trace your transaction.
What Is the Chargeback Procedure?
Crypto transactions are considered irreversible, but that’s not entirely the case. While the scammer will retain his anonymity, the transaction itself can be traced to a wallet within a crypto exchange.
Then, a refund can be requested from the exchange. It might be a long shot but it’s worth trying. We can provide assistance.
Here you can book a free consultation and find out what to do for a start.
