Since there are many options for trading at the moment, we decided to do a couple of reviews, to make sure that our readers are in a good place. Now, in this particular article, we tried to answer the main questions about the AAFX Trading broker. Read our updated AAFX Trading review and see if this is the broker for you.

Regulation and Security

AAFX Trading is a broker owned by AAFXTrading Company LTD, based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. This broker has a license by FSASVG, which a lot of people are mistaking for Japans’ FSA. They also claim to have an office in Malaysia under the name AA business solution SDN BHD, which exists as a fictive company in the Malaysian data register, with no valid address or phone number. Also, they stated on the website that they have an office in Hong Kong under the name AAFX Trading Capital, which SFC listed as unregulated. Because of all this, we consider AAFX broker untrusted.

AAFX Trading Warnings

Because of AAFX Trading’s illegal activities, some of the regulatory bodies issued warnings against this broker. For example, the regulatory body of Hong Kong SFC listed this broker as unregulated and fraudulent. They stated that the company does not have an office in their region and is scamming people from Asia.

We found a warning from the US CFTC also saying that AAFX Trading is not a legit broker, and warning US citizens not to trade with it. CFTC put this broker on their red list.

The company is also on Japan’s blacklist.

In which countries does this broker work?

AAFX broker is operating in all the countries with no restrictions. They do not have regulations for many regions, which is why there are many warnings against them. An offshore regulation does not allow them to operate on the soil of any country if they do not comply with the regulations of the country. Seems that this company does not pay much attention to it, however. If you get an offer from AAFX, we strongly advise you to decline it.
