Is Premier Options a Scam Broker?

Yes. This company website was created in 2021 but we suspect that this crypto scam was active even before that. We found two complaints to support that claim but more on that later.

On this website, this company claims to be based in London, UK. This isn’t the case, however, as the local Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has nothing on this entity in its database.

The FCA is a Tier 1 regulator that oversees financial market activity in the UK and imposes strict rules. All companies operating in that domain must be registered with the FCA. Obviously, Premier Options is not a legit UK broker but an outrageous and anonymous scammer. Avoid shady crypto brokers such as Premier Options and Astra Horizon.

Premier Options is a fake broker claiming to be based in the UK and offering crypto trading services. Without a trading license, this cyber scammer has defrauded traders from the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, and France.

Our suggestion is that you find a trustworthy and licensed provider registered with reputable Tier 1 authorities such as the FCA, ASIC, BaFin, FINMA, CNMV, CFTC, IIROC, etc.

The Opinions of Traders On Premier Options

We found two relatively “old” complaints against this broker on Sitejabber. Although the website mentioned on this page is unavailable, probably even a different domain, the complaints clearly indicate that a trading scam was at play.

Withdrawal issues, a lot of money lost, poor communication from the broker’s side, etc. Please heed this warning.

Hello there if you are a victim of premium options, please reach out to me… helped me get my refund of $32,500 which i invested and they wont allow me withdraw when i made profits…

Premier Options Trading Platform

All we know about Premier Options’ trading platform, based on the available info on the phony broker’s website, is that the platform is web-based.

Basically, WebTrader. Since there’s no demo account, we couldn’t verify the legitimacy of this platform but from previous experience, we know that WebTraders are usually lackluster. Aside from basic charts, indicators, and graphs, there’s not much else there. To make matters worse, this firm is unregulated so the platform may as well be rigged.

Another fraudulent broker that offers a web platform is WaveSolutions. These scammers do not support valid third-party platforms such as MT4, MT5, Sirix or cTrader.

Which Financial Instruments Does The Platform Include?

Premier Options offers crypto trading. We assume the broker included popular digital assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, Dash, Ripple, etc.

Again, there’s no demo account so we couldn’t check. The crypto market is extremely volatile and you shouldn’t be trading crypto with unregulated brokers.

Premier Options’ Countries Of Service

After doing some research, we found out that Premier Options was mainly active in a couple of European countries. Here’s the list we compiled:

  • Germany;
  • France;
  • Poland;
  • Netherlands.

All these domains are under the jurisdiction of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). Each regulator from this list issues MiFID passports to its brokers.

We’ve already addressed the fact that this company is unregulated and has no permit to operate under ESMA. This financial swindler has thus been operating illegally.

Account Options Offered by Premier Options

Premier Options offers four different trading account types:

  • Starter – 0.04287 BTC, 10% weekly return, 5% referral bonus;
  • Regular – 0.1301 BTC, 15% weekly return, 7% referral bonus;
  • Premium – 0.4501 BTC, 20% weekly return, 10% referral bonus;
  • Executive – 1 BTC, 25% weekly return, 15% referral bonus.

Here’s more proof that Premier Options isn’t a UK broker – bonuses, which are banned by the FCA. Referral bonuses are essential elements of a Ponzi scheme, where the one on top profits from the efforts of those below.

These bonuses are meant to lure you into inviting your friends for them to get scammed as well. Also, no broker can guarantee you weekly returns, especially not in the volatile crypto market.

Can a Trader Use a Demo Account?

The company does not offer a risk-free demo account. Basically, in order to trade with this broker, you have to open a live account and invest via crypto.

And since this company is unregulated, there’s no reason to trust this broker. You could get scammed easily. All legitimate brokers offer a demo account for practice.

Terms of Service for Premier Options

Premier Options’ Terms and Conditions are full of lies. The document claims that the jurisdiction under which this broker operates is London, which is absurd.

This broker is not a UK broker and has no trading license. The T&C doesn’t even mention the company that runs this monkey business, thus it’s safe to assume that this website is anonymous.

What Should I Do If I Have Problems With Premier Options?

You should write a complaint on the forums to warn fellow traders about this scam. If you have evidence that Premier Options violated any terms and conditions, please share it with us so we could report this scam to the authorities.

We can also help you get your money back. Our team can utilize CipherTrade to track your crypto transaction.
